Today (Tuesday, August 31) the Waterfront Engineering crew completed the concrete cap on the new South seawall which competes all the concrete work on the new seawall around Abbey Lake. After the concrete has cured for a few days, the forms and braces will be removed. Next steps include the installation of well points, drains, and filling crushed concrete between the old and new seawalls. Then the area behind the new seawall will be backfilled and grass put down. Concrete Cap Completed
